What does it cost to be an international student in Nottingham?

Living costs

Your living costs will vary depending on your accommodation and lifestyle. If you require a student visa, you must show funds of at least £1,136 per month for 9 months (£10,224) in addition to tuition fees.

The student visa fee is £490. You will also be required to pay an Immigration Health Charge of £776 per year of study*.

If you have any dependent family members applying with you, they will also need to pay the same amount. Medical insurance can also cover any unexpected costs due to illness.
