The latest advancements of designing Exergames for older adults: new paper co-authored by Dr Stathis Konstantinidis

Seniors need sufficient balance and strength to manage in daily life, and sufficient physical activity is required to achieve and maintain these abilities. This study explores three years of experience with exergames for seniors, providing the lesson learnt applying user centred design on the development of such games.

Targeting health researchers creating digital innovations for older adults, this study can be considered as best practice guide to the development of serious games for physical activity targeting seniors.
