1.0 Purpose

This page provides information access to the principles and approach that must be followed by apprentices, employers and staff when apprentices or employers wish to raise a complaint in relation to degree apprenticeship programmes. It explains the types of complaints that can be considered, provides information about each level of the process, sets out expectations of those involved in submitting and responding to complaints, and provides details of the expected timescales. 

 

2.0 Key Principles

The apprentice complaints policy and procedure and the employers’ complaints policy are accessible on the Degree Apprenticeships website, together with relevant information on the degree apprenticeship programmes available.
