Biography
Dr Neeshe is a Research Fellow in Cyber Security at the School of Computer Science, University of Nottingham. She holds a BSc in Sociology from the University of Surrey and has ten years' experience in industry before returning for an interdisciplinary PhD in Cyber Security from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Nottingham.

Expertise Summary
Neeshe's expertise are in the human factors within cyber security. Her current work is dedicated to investigating cyber security defences (technical and human) in professional contexts, specifically in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. With four European partners, her earlier work examined ways to enhance the human aspects pertaining to the teaching and learning of cyber security at higher institutes to produce 'industry-ready' graduates (including the utilisation of cyber ranges). Neeshe's PhD investigated unintentional insider threat and adopted approaches from Human Factors and Risk & Safety Science domain to create a sociotechnical framework through a systems approach.
