About me:
I'm passionate about making workplaces better for everyone, and this drives my research in fascinating directions. My work splits into two complementary streams: First, I explore how we can make inclusion and diversity work across different cultures and contexts, taking a global, relationship-focused view. Second, I investigate how AI and algorithmic approaches might help create more inclusive and sustainable workplace practices.

For practitioners:
Are you facing workplace inclusion challenges? I'd love to hear from you. Whether you're leading HR initiatives, managing teams, or simply passionate about creating more inclusive spaces, your practical insights are invaluable. I believe the best solutions emerge when academics and practitioners put their heads together, so let's start a conversation about how we might collaborate.

For students and scholars
If you're considering PhD research in workplace inclusion, diversity, or the intersection of AI with inclusive leadership, I'd be delighted to explore potential supervision or collaboration opportunities. I'm particularly interested in projects that challenge conventional thinking and push boundaries in these fields.
